Welcome to our Puppy inquiry page. At Artos Bergamascos we thrive for intelligent, sound, friendly, even tempered Bergamasco Sheepdogs. Artos Bergamascos is proud to be a Code of Ethics breeder with the Bergamasco Sheepdog Club of America and we are dedicated to the preservation and well being of this wonderful breed. Artos is on the board of Directors of the National breed club, founder of its "Constitution, By Laws" and breed Standard for the American Kennel Club, and is Breed Judge Educational Chairman for the AKC.

Our dogs and puppies are members of our family first and are raised in a loving and caring environment. They all live harmoniously in the house and have access to acres of open space and exposed  to a multitude of barnyard critters who live at Artos.
In addition to family life, filled with playtime and intense interaction, the dogs are exposed to a multitude of activities, which make them suited to various types of homes.

Our puppies are bred to the Standard of the Bergamasco Sheepdog Club of America and the American Kennel Club, and are subjects to comprehensive veterinary health exam, including first puppy shots and health certification.

We practice natural weaning, allowing them intense socialization with each other and the adults,  where the mothers wean their puppies on they own therm.

Puppies stay with us about 10 to 12 weeks, and must be picked up in person by their new owners.  Once our puppies leave our home, we are committed to a full breeder support for the duration of the life of our Bergamascos.

Our puppies are carefully placed to qualified loving homes, which offer an optimum caring environment.
